Shopalyst Custom Reports allow you to create a report to your specifications. Use our customisation tool to schedule a custom report to be delivered to your inbox at a frequency of your choice.


The following steps will help you design and schedule a report using Shopalyst Custom Reports Format


  1. Go to the Ad builder app and select the reports option, and click "New Definition" on the top right corner of the screen

  2. Select the report type i.e. Basic Performance or Full-Funnel Marketing from the dropdown

  3. Name your custom report and select the Ad platform

  4. Select the Brand and set the date range

  5. In the Settings section, choose the dimension, attributes, and required metrics

  6. From the 'Scheduling and Recipients' dropdown, select the frequency for delivery of your reports. 
  7. Add the recipients for the schedule report and click Save
     


8. Navigate to the Reports screen and click the 'Generate Report' button. You can check the status of your report in the Report History section.


9.You can view the estimated time of completion by hovering the mouse over the status icon.
