If you have forgotten the password to the data driven sales dashboard, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page. You will be prompted to enter the email address that you used to register the dashboard account. It could be your company email, or the email that was setup for you by the Shopalyst support agent.


Once you enter the email and submit, you will receive an email with instructions to set a new password. Please complete the steps to reset the password before the link expires.
