How to Access the Discovery Commerce Platform?
There are two login options available and you can choose based on your convenience & requirements.

Login using Shopalyst credentials:
Step 1: Contact Your Brand Solutions Specialist
- Primary Contact: If you have an assigned Brand Solutions Specialist, they are your first point of contact for accessing the Discovery Commerce platform. Please reach out to them directly to initiate the access process.
Step 2: Submit a Support Request
- Alternate Contact: If you do not have an assigned specialist or require additional support, you can request access by submitting a ticket through our help portal from homepage. Click here to know how to contact us.
When submitting your request, ensure that the following details are included:
- Full Name of the requester
- Business Email Address (only business email addresses are eligible)
- Brand Name associated with your request
- Market (Region/Country) where the platform will be used
- Type of Access Required (Standard or Trial)
- Modules Requested (choose from Advertising Automation, Market Intelligence, Landing Page Builder, Audience Intelligence, or Full-Funnel Reporting)
