Experience Builder reports on 4 key dimensions i.e. Consumer, Channel, Catalog & Commerce, and each of these offers you insights on factors that influence consumer engagement and sell-through. Each dimension below provides important metrics and insights into your user actions on the landing page.

To access the performance report click on Experience on your dashboard and click the below highlighted Icon which redirect you to the report section:


Channel:You can get a complete overview of your campaign performance at a platform level. You can filter by Date Range( data available only upto past 365 days) and UTMs, device, or location to get in-depth insights on your Landing Page Performance, to understand better which platforms/UTMs are working best for you.


  • Channel Overview:
    Here you can get Insights on traffic sources across Channels. Further drill down is available for various shopper engagement life cycle stages like Product View, Add To Cart, and Conversion. You can export the report as CSV file.

  • Channel Trends:
    You can check the Trend for the selected period from channel context. Drill down available for various engagement levels.

Consumer: You can check View unique & repeating visitors, devices that users are shopping from, and top locations.

  • Shopper Overview: Shopper Behaviour And Demographic Information - With respect to Device.

  • Shopping Trends: Trend for the selected period from device context. Drill down is available for various engagement levels.

Catalog: This section is a one-stop solution for your inventory checks, This section ideally takes you through two major sections

  • On-Shelf Availability: This gives you an average of product availability across all variants for the selected period.  

  • Discounts By Merchants: This section gives us the number of listings that are discounted at the retailers reflecting on the LP.



Commerce: This section helps you gain insights into the shopping funnel.Store Visits, Product Views, Conversions, GMV(Gross order item Value excluding discounts) and AOV( the net value of discounts shipping & taxes on an order)for your landing pages.

  • Conversion Overview: Gives you Insights on retailer based Conversion.

       


  • Conversion Trends: Gives you insight on engagement trends for the selected period. Drill Down Available For Various Engagement Levels.



  • Orders by discount: This indicates the distribution of conversion by discounts. This will give an idea of the degree of impact of discounts on the conversion.


  • Top Products: This gives you the count of the top 10 products with respect to the number of clicks on the “BUY NOW” button across various retailers consolidated.
