What is SSO Login?


Single Sign-On (SSO) is a technology that allows you to use a single set of login credentials to access multiple applications. With SSO enabled for your organization, you  can access the Shopalyst Discovery Commerce platform by authenticating via your enterprise identity provider.


How it is beneficial?


Enhanced Security 

SSO provides an additional layer of security by centralizing user authentication. This helps protect your sensitive data and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

Also as a security measure once the user ceases to have access to their enterprise identity provider they will also lose access to shopalyst platform.

Convenience
You'll no longer need to manage multiple sets of login credentials. An enterprise login will grant you access to our platform.

Streamlined Access 
Logging in becomes quicker and more efficient, improving your overall user experience.


SSO login:


We have re-designed our login screens ground up to allow faster load times and to enable single sign on which allows you to sign in using your organisation's credentials (talk to our support for activation). The re-designed login now supports 

  1. Logging in using the traditional username/password workflow 
  2. Signing in using your organisation's single sign-on (SSO) system. Single sign-on can be activated on demand and is subject to the support for the SSO provider that your organisation uses. Talk to our support to know the list of supported providers.
  3. We supports the following SSO providers
  • Microsoft Entra IDP
  • Okta (OIDC and SAML)
  • Google (OIDC)
