This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to access and configure various preferences within the platform. You can personalize global, regional, automation, and experience-related settings to enhance workflow efficiency.

"My Preferences" in the Shopalyst Discovery Commerce Platform is a settings section where you can customise your experience based on your needs.

If you have access for multiple Organisation accounts, you can switch between them on your Discovery Commerce dashboard. 


1. Steps to access the My Preferences Menu:

  • Log in to the Shopalyst Discovery Commerce Platform.
  • Navigate to the platform and sign in with your credentials.
  • Click on the profile icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.
  • A dropdown menu will appear. Select "My Preferences."

2. Configurable settings:

You will see different categories where you can update your preferences, including:

  • Global – Set the default application home page to:

        1. Maia. To know more about Maia click here.
        2. Insights. To know more about Insights click here.
        3. Audience. To Know more about Audience click here.
        4. Automation. To Know more about Automation click here.
        5. Experience. To Know more about Experience click here.
        6. Performance. To Know more about Performance click here.

  • Regional –  If you have the access to the discovery commerce for multiple organisation, you can switch between them easily through this by clicking on the drop down and selecting the default organisation.

You can change the default inbox view in Automation & Experience for a more personalised experience.  

  • Automation – Choose List View for a streamlined, detailed look or Grid View for a visually rich, card-based layout.

  • Experience – Configure the default inbox view for the experience module same as above.

  • After making the desired changes, Click the "SAVE" button at the bottom right to apply your changes.
