The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) widget is a simple way to address customer questions and boost user confidence. This easy-to-use feature lets you display common questions with answers directly on your campaign page, saving time for your users and reducing friction in their journey.

Follow these simple steps to add the FAQ Widget to your landing page or campaign:

  1. On the left panel, Select the FAQ widget from the list of available widgets.
  2. Click on the widget to open the Widget settings.
  3. Enter questions and corresponding answers.
  4. Add multiple Q&As by clicking a plus (+) icon or similar button.
  5. Reorder or delete entries as needed to keep things clear and concise.


You can additionally, add questions based on product analysis. Instead of typing questions and answers yourself, just select your products—the system will automatically generate relevant FAQs for you. You can review and edit them before publishing, giving you full control with less effort. Just pick your products, tweak the suggestions if needed.
