Adding testimonials is one of the simplest ways to boost your credibility, clarity, and conversions — and it only takes a few minutes to start. Add and customize user testimonials on your Shopalyst landing page to build credibility and drive more engagement.

Follow the below steps to add User Testimonial to your Shopalyst Landing Page:

Step 1: Access Your Storyboard Editor

From your dashboard:

  • Navigate to the Storyboard setup screen.

  • Click "Add Widgets" to see the available modules you can include in your page.

Step 2: Search and Select "User Testimonials"

  • Use the search bar (top left) and type: “Testimonials”.

  • Select the widget labeled “User Testimonials” — it may appear alongside other featured widgets like Multimedia Slider or Quiz.

Step 3: Download the Sample/Testimonial File

  • Click on "Edit User Testimonials".

  • You’ll see a prompt labeled “How to Set Up User Review?”

  • Step 1 there instructs you to Download the user testimonial file. This file serves as a template for how your testimonials should be structured.

Step 4: Edit the File

  • Open the downloaded file in any spreadsheet tool (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Populate it with your testimonials. Be sure to include:

    • Title

    • Description

    • Rating

    • User name

    • User Image

    • Source

    • SourceUrl

Step 5: Upload the Updated File

  • Once you've entered the testimonials, save the file.

  • Go back to the dashboard and upload the modified file in the testimonial widget section.( Only in CSV. format)
