The Brand Conversation widget allows you to add a rich, interactive section in your mobile story layout—helping you connect with users, share key brand messages, and direct them toward actions like purchases or engagement.

Follow the below steps to 
Add the Brand Conversation Widget:

1. In the “Add Widgets” section on the left, scroll or search for the “Brand Conversation” widget.

2. Click the “Brand Conversation” tile. It will immediately move into the “Selected Widgets” panel in the center

3. Once added, you'll notice a pencil/edit icon next to the widget in the Selected Widgets panel. Click it to open the widget’s settings.
4. Enter a welcome Message.
5. Choose Display Options (embedded on the Page/ Show as a Popup)
6. Enter most relevant Question (that a user might have)

7. Set the Answer; you can either set the answer as a product recommendation for the question or can provide pre loaded articles related to your brand.
8. Then Enter "Save". You can add as many questions that you want.
