Overview
We have introduced several improvements to the campaign performance prediction feature in Discovery Commerce Cloud Automation, aimed at enhancing prediction accuracy and providing better visibility into model performance over time.
What’s New
- Improved Prediction Model: The prediction model has been enhanced with additional training features, resulting in better overall accuracy.
- Daily Prediction Refinement: Prediction curves for future dates (if the campaign ends in the future) will now be updated daily based on the campaign’s actual delivery data up to that point. This ensures that predictions reflect actual performance and market shifts as the campaign progresses.
- Accuracy Trend Visualization: The UI now includes a line chart to track prediction accuracy over time, helping users understand how predictions improve with each passing day. This can be accessed via: Campaign Prediction → Prediction Accuracy

Getting Started
- Navigate to the Automation -> Explore page.
- Click on View Prediction against any campaign from the Actions dropdown.
- View prediction curves for your campaigns
- Find the Prediction Accuracy section to track accuracy improvements over time.
