In today's digital landscape, media campaigns play a critical role in building brand awareness, driving sales, and engaging customers. However, with so many channels and metrics to track, it can be challenging to determine the performance of your campaigns and understand what's working and what's not. This is where our media campaign performance dashboard helps you with detailed reporting in a single place for all your campaigns from multiple media platforms.

The Summary tab provides you access to the overall performance of all your campaigns across platforms, additional metrics can be fetched by applying filters by brand/platform.
Below are some of the most important metrics that you can monitor in the summary view:
- Visibility: Total Spend, Avg CPM, Total Impressions,Visits and Cumulative reach
- Engagement: Toal Clicks, Avg CTR, Avg CPC, Conversions, Platform Conversions, and PDP Views
Spend can be viewed either in local or global currency. To learn how to switch the spend from local to global currency can view it here

Under the Full funnel campaign, you could also check the Trends of metrics under Visibility and Engagement, These metrics provide an easy comparison of data with past periods, offering valuable insights into the movement of these key performance indicators.
The trend charts will empower you to identify patterns, track progress, and optimize your strategies for greater success.

You can explore the trend line of a metric within the performance dashboard which reveals the overall direction of the metric - whether it is trending upwards or downwards.
Steps to view:
Under Trend select the metric in the second dropdown to view the trend line of a performance metric.

If the metric supports planned values, then the dotted lines show the planned values instead of the trendline. This will be indicated in the chart legend.

The Campaign Reports tab provides you with access to campaign-specific reports running across the platforms. additional metrics can be fetched by applying filters by brand/platform.
Below are some of the metrics that you can monitor in the summary view:
- Visibility: Total Spend, Avg CPM & Total Impressions.
- Engagement: Total Clicks, Avg CTR & Avg CPC
- Sell Thru: Total Visits, Conversions & Product page views from the landing pages.
- Pacing Status: Calculated as a percentage of budget spent, and percentage of time lapsed for the campaign
Note: Sell Thru data is populated when the Shopalyst landing page is used for the campaign destination URL

Planned vs Actual report on performance dashboard
This functionality allows you to monitor the campaign performance based on planned vs actual report
Key Highlights:
- Detailed Comparison: The new chart displays a side-by-side comparison of planned and actual metric values. This chart is available under campaign performance and overall performance dashboards (Full Funnel / All Campaigns).
- Visual Indicators: Color-coded percentage values indicate whether metrics are on track, exceeding expectations, or falling short.
- Multiple Metrics: Ability to switch between different metrics including impressions, spend, CPM, and reach to get specific insights.
- Platform Filters: Ability to filter performance data by different platforms to analyze results specific to each platform (applicable only on overall dashboards).
If the campaign setup is completed through the Shopalyst dashboard, the Planned vs. Actual chart will display the metrics(spend, impression, and CPM). However, if the campaign is not set up through a Shopalyst account, the client needs to provide us with the metric details-spend, impression, and CPM to get the display the chary.
