There are multiple ways for reaching out to support i.e. utilizing the help widget to send us a query or contacting support via email directly.


Option 1 - Help Widget (Preferred option)


Send your queries using the help widget enabled on every screen of our platform, make sure to provide all the details for a speedy response.


Steps


1. Go to https://app.shortlyst.com
2. Go to the Help widget on the bottom left of your screen and click "Contact us"
3. Fill in the details and click "Submit"



Option 2 - Send an email


Contact Shopalyst support by sending an email to ops@shopalyst.com, Shopalyst team will register your request as a service ticket in our system. Make sure to provide all the details for a speedy response.
