1. Go to https://app.shortlyst.com
2. Locate the Help widget on the bottom left corner of your screen.

3. Click on Contact Us.

4.Fill in the required details and click Submit.


This method provides the fastest way to get support as the necessary details are collected directly through the widget.



Option 2: Send an Email


You can also contact Shopalyst Support by sending an email directly to ops@shopalyst.com When sending your email, please ensure that you include all relevant details to help us address your query more efficiently.


Once received, our team will register your request as a service ticket and get back to you as soon as possible.
