This application will validate the MG Response Rates and remove the Rates from the MG Response and RO Master before passing them to Shopalyst Discovery Commerce Cloud for the rest of the processing. To know more about the complete Make Good Auditing(MG) process click here.

How to Access the app?

  • Go to the provided URL and log in using your credentials.


After successful login the default page will be the Release orders listing page where we can view all the release order upload requests. You will see two main sub menus: Release Orders and Make Good.




How to use the App?

  • Release Orders: Manage and upload new release orders.
  • Make Good: Handle and upload MG Audit Responses for further processing.
  • Both sections have options for uploading files and viewing a list of past requests.




RO Master Upload

  • Navigate to the Release Orders section.
  • Click on the "Upload Release Order" button.
  • Enter a unique Request Name.
  • Choose the RO Master file (supported format: .xlsx).
  • Click Submit to upload.


MG Audit Response Upload

  • Navigate to the Make Good section.
  • Click on the "Upload MG Response" button.
  • Enter a Request Name.
  • Choose the MG Response file (supported format: .xlsx).
  • Click Submit to upload.


Viewing the Upload Status

  • Go to the Release Orders or Make Good section.
  • Use the filters to find a specific request by name or date.
  • The listing page shows the status, created date, created by, and other actions to preview and download.
  • Click on the refresh icon to view the updated status of all the requests.
  • Hover on the status color to view the upload status, it can be any of the 3 statuses of different color as below:

    File processing is in progress
    File processing is completed
    File processing has failed

     



If the request has failed you can click on the red status circle to view the errors 



Change Password
You can change the password by clicking on the user icon on the top right hand side which will open a page to change the logged in user password.
